Every time someone wants to lecture me about chocolate, I just bring a mix of El Rey, INCLUDING Apamate, and you just have to see their faces: "it's just melting" is the main short sentence along with big round eyes. YES. Good chocolate, BEST chocolate, will just melt like that and wont taste of cheap sugar or powder milk or old peanut.
