Ex Voto Chocolates

Ex Voto is an artisan chocolates and confections company making artistically hand crafted products fresh every day. They use fine quality chocolate from a single origin that is fair trade certified and you can taste the difference in their products.

The freshness of their chocolates comes from using fresh ingredients  to flavor our bonbons.  They use fresh juices and fruit purees, which have a noticeable vibrancy and we steep coffee, herbs and spices in cream for even more liveliness in flavor. They make  nut butters from scratch and finish them off with caramelized sugar and a touch of sea salt to bring out the truest nutty flavor possible.

Ex Voto’s bonbons are individually hand painted with colored cocoa butter.  They work with color to create unique works of art, doubling the pleasure chocolates have to offer.  Their desire is to intrigue and delight our customers with the passion and devotion for turning chocolate into delicious works of art.
